Scryo-S-600 UHV JT Insert
The Scryo S-600 UHV JT (abbreviated as S-600) is a new type of UHV-compatible continuous flow cryogenic insert, compared with the traditional continuous flow cryogenic insert, S-600 adds adjustable flow JT valve and provides differential pumping port, with the lowest temperature<1.3K. Designed for environments requiring ultra-high vacuum such as STM, AFM, ARPES, ellipsometry, ultra-fast, X-ray and high-energy physics, etc. The S-600 UHV JT Insert is made of ultra-high vacuum materials and processes, and can be baked at temperatures above 200ºC.
The S-600 transfers liquid helium through a highly efficient adiabatic transfer piping to a highly efficient vaporizer within the insert for vaporization, which in combination with a JT valve implements differential pumping, allowing variable temperature and temperature control in the<1.3K-500K temperature range.
The S-600 and Helium Cycle Cryogenic System form a closed-loop cryogenic system (Qcryo-S-600) that does not consume liquid helium and can obtain<1.3K cryogenic temperature without the use of liquid helium and maintains low vibration characteristics, resulting in significant savings in operating costs.
